Electroless nickel plating
Electroless nickel plating (EN) deposits a nickel-phosphorus alloy without electric current, so unlike conventional nickel plating it builds an even layer across the whole part, including bores, threads, and internal features that electroplating struggles to reach. The result is even, reliable corrosion and wear resistance on complex geometries. It’s a newer capability for us, and one of the most versatile finishes we offer.
